The signing portal opens during our scholarship award periods each spring and
fall. It is not available between those periods.

and we will re-send it. Your agreement has not been lost — nothing you signed
previously is affected.
If you have already completed and signed an agreement,
a copy and its audit log were attached to the confirmation email you received.
